Exploring potential relationships through Ecosystem Mapping

Collaborative brainstorming on building and strengthening relationships, partnerships, and institutional connections around our company, with input from all teams.

On October 2023, we conducted an interactive session focused on mapping the ecosystem surrounding Ubbu, involving our Sales, Pedagogical, and Operations teams. This session was crucial for aligning our strategies, identifying collaboration opportunities, and strengthening our relationships with the various stakeholders in our sector.

Objective of the Session:

The primary goal of the session was to map out ubbu's ecosystem, providing a clearer understanding of the environment in which we operate. Understanding our ecosystem is essential for positioning our work, identifying existing projects, and defining the relationships we want to establish with relevant groups, entities, and movements. This mapping exercise helps guide our strategic decisions, prioritize initiatives, and build partnerships that will support us in achieving our goals.

Why Map the Ecosystem?

Mapping the ecosystem can benefit teams by offering insights into our competitive landscape, target audience, stakeholders, potential partnerships, and strategic alignment. It allows us to put our landscape on paper, making it easier to visualize and assess the different forces at play in our market. Moreover, it helps us identify where our strengths lie and where we might need to focus more effort or resources.
